Left over bolagnese

Last night, I was in a hurry so I made spaghetti bolagnese with a ready mixed sauce.

I had 400g of mince, and I cooked it all, so I could re-heat it somewhen in the next few days.

Is there anything else I can have it with tonight over than spaghetti? Jacket potato maybe? Any good ideas to make a nice meal? I'm useless with meals. I have no idea whats in the cupboards, so nothing complicated lol.

I like it on toast too, but I like to put cheese (grated mozzarella is very good) and then pop it under the grill until the cheese melts and goes slightly tanned - hey presto! Pizza toasts!:T

And yes, bolognaise sauce freezes very well. I always make too much, so I end up freezing the left overs, but that does mean that I don't have to do much cooking next time I want spag bol for tea...:D

I'm liking the idea of it on a pizza base and cheese (though only if I have time again tonight to make a pizza base) or if I'm in a hurry again, then am thinking baked potato with cheese!!

You could call it "pastore pie" (say it with an italian accent.) "Pastore" is italian for Shepherd.

You can stuff a marrow with it, and bake in the oven, especially if you have loads of home grown marrows sitting on the shelf, like me! Otherwise, it is a lovely jacket potato filling (seen it in nice cafes/pubs) with salad on the side.
