Got our statement this morning as the reading was taken last week. We are in credit by £31.81!!!! :j :j I knew that when they revised my monthly payment to £81 it was too much. Said to OH that my measures such as going around (after him) turning off the lights, only using the washer at night, using hob or oven but not both was working!!! Then OH said that "well we've got the heating on as well so we can't be spending that much...." sigh  . I didn't have the heart to tell him I go 'round turning all the radiator thermostats down and put a thicker jumper on instead of turning it back up ....... (although I would have thought he'd have twigged when i've announced I'm going to have a bath to get warm...... :rotfl: ) good job one of us is watching the pennies.
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green

Oh I know exactly what you mean! My OH is terrible for leaving lights on or taps on. Hes just generally wasteful. He doesn't live with me though thankfully or my bills would double instantly im sure!
