Only if you or your spouse or civil partner were born before 6 April 1935.
Your tax code is the "standard" code for someone younger than 65.

There was a married man's tax allowance that applied to younger men, but it was abolished around 2000 for various reasons. It was no longer the case that married men were always supporting their wives.
I have heard that there is talk of reinstating it: perhaps it will be in today's budget!Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
