Gutted I didn't spend my voucher I though it was 24th went to spend it today and my groupon account is closed. Came on here to see if anyone knows why and see it ended yesterday. Just decided what to buy and now I just want to cry what a waste of £14 I have to work 2 hours at Tesco for that. :(

Teach me to delay or even bother I suppose I work nightshifts and am usually too tired to be organised.

Contact Groupon and ask for a refund. I have received refunds from them before, their customer services is not the best but perserve and hopefully you'll receive a refund.

Thanks for that. The strange thing is my account has been closed. I tried to log in today to get the code before I realised it had expired and it wouldn't let me. I asked for log in reminder and it says no account exists. Strange! I have done nothing against t&c as just opened the account for the radley offer and not done anything since. Anyone any ideas?

• Yea OK, so it is a good deal. But to be honest I am disappointed with Radley. The last purchase I made from them was bag for my wife and it came with a Dust Bag.

The most recent purchase I did not come in a nice radley dust bag, it came in a jiffy bag. I contact Radley about this and was told that they only provide a radley packaging if you pay an extra £5 for gift wrapping.

Radley has gone to the Dark Side I am afraid. After being invited (via an automated email)to leave feedback on there web site following my purchase (To help other customers make a decision), I took them up on there offer. Of course it first goes for a review and thus far has not been approved.

My advice is that if you get a good deal like this, then it is probably worth taking, but don't I would certainly never buy from Radley again at full price.

I hope this review helps there customers make a more informed decision just as they asked for.

Thanks

Did you not receive an email from Groupon with the code/ voucher attached?
Last year I hadan account, bought something and like you my account also disappeared. I did manage to use the voucher as I'd printed it out before the acccount was closed.
Have you tried calling Groupon, surely your bank/ credit card will show a Groupon transaction that can be used as proof of a purchase.

If not getting a dustbag is enough to put you of buying from them again then fair enough, but do you really feel the need to go online warning people from buying from them as if they were a dodgy company scamming people?:(

I think their stuff is great! Apparently they only provide the dustbag for the "expensive" range only now - but I don't think I'd be put off with no dustbag, I'd just put the bag with one that has a dustbag!

shop-to-drop, my friend was in a similar situation and got a refund - hopefully groupon'll give your money back, good luck :)

Thanks everyone for the advice I'd better find a phone number or email address for groupon and get in touch with them next week.

I did the same thing - assumed it was a month, then needed to wait til payday. I emailed Groupon yesterday and received a reply today saying they're giving me Groupon credits :)

I agree with JC9297. There is no need to warn people off from buying from a company just because the packaging was not as expected. At the end of the day, it is the bag or purse being used NOT the box/jiffy envelope that it came in. I had previously been told in a store that the dust bags were only being given with large items. Why would anyone want to keep a small item such as a purse in a dust bag when it will be used every day? At least customers are given the option of buying gift wrap. I’m sure that if you had asked, they may have sent ‘branded’ tissue paper (if they have such a thing).
