Letter to creditors/Head in the sand syndrome.

Hi all,
I found this site a few weeks back and found some letters which were suitable to send to creditors who are chasing me and my partner. I am unable to find these letters again, but I know I saw them on here.
I was convinced that I had saved the templates to my hard-drive......clearly I didn't.
Could somebody possibly point me in the right direction so I can begin to face the awful financial situation which we find ourselves in please ?
PS.....The site is fantastic and I am glad that information like this is available - Just wish I had found it sooner.
Regards.....

Hey,
Thanks for that. However, the letter that I found a few weeks ago made requests to the creditors that they hold off from persuing any further action, and went on to say that I am in the process of finding out how much I owe to each individual creditor so that I can see how much I can afford to pay each one.
I am sure that the letter was already set out in some kind of template form. I know for sure that it was on this site somewhere, yet I have been all over it - to no avail.
Cheers....Hope you can help me find it. I feel better already knowing that I am addressing my situation rather than ignoring it.

Scroll down, under section 5 it's one of the template letters.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Thats just the kind of thing that I was looking for. Much obliged.
Now to get on it and start to fight my way out.
Thanks again.
