Mackenzie Hall help please

I have just received a second text message from an 0844 number asking me to call Andrew at Mackenzie Hall urgently, with a reference number.

I did used to have bad debts and defaults, but I paid the last one off about 2 years ago. I recently noticed on my credit file that one of them was not marked as paid although after speaking to the company, they confirmed that I had settled it, and Equifax have removed it from my report as they could not get in contact with the company. I dont know if this has triggered Mackenzie Hall to contact me, but i'm not sure what to do, should I just ignore the text?
