I really like allsorts of crispbakes - Corned beef ones were one of my 'cravings' whilst pregnant with my DS, years ago.
It is the sort of thing that is perfect for using up leftovers, but weirdly I just googled an could not find any recipes. I know that really it is one of those things that you just put together, but do you have any favourites? Salmon and Broccoli, perhaps or veggie ones?

I Like M&S chicken & mushroom crispbakes.

I've always called them "patties" (don't know if that's a Northern thing?). You can make them with anything mixed with mashed potato and covered in breadcrumbs, leftover veg from a Sunday roast is nice so is tinned salmon.Dum Spiro Spero0 -
Roughly crushed seasond cornflakes make a good coating for these.0
