I haven't had any surveys on this site for about a week! Maybe I should email them and see if something is wrong?
  • Hi everyone,

Sorry - newbie here trying to get my head around the forums! If I am asking this question in the wrong place (or - more likely it has already been asked somewhere else!) please let me know :p

Has anyone had any issues with the Onepoll iPhone app recently (other than the long term problem of zero surveys coming through!) Each time I try to log on it says that my username and/or password are incorrect even though I can log onto the main site using the same details ?!

There's not been much available for me this week, but in the last couple of hours I've had 3 surveys for a total of 50p. Keep them coming!

I'm having the same problem. I usually open up Google Chrome (tends to be a little bit quicker) and run the Onepoll surveys in that while getting on with other things (like floating on the MSE Forum ocean ;) or letting Jasper-dog update his blog (our homepage:cool:) ) via my other programmes or IP. I can leave Onepoll chuntering away at its own pace, visit back every few minutes to answer the next question or refresh the page, and not waste any time.

My WORST instance was the Friday just gone. I was clicking through a survey at work (getting on with my work whilst Onepoll played catch-up in its own Internet Explorer space) and it was towards the end of the day. It was a LONG survey (between 20p and 40p, I think) and the whole process of answering/page-refreshing whilst working had taken around 35 minutes. I had reached the 84% complete stage and was awaiting the next question, when up popped the legend "Thank you for your interest. We have reached the number of participants required and this survey is now closed."

After 35 minutes and 84% of answers done! Aaauuugh!!! mad0066.gif

Nice feeling when the £40 is racked-up though... x

Don't you just love it. I was looking forward to seeing what the choices would be for posting a negative comment, but they were just the same.

Which of the following positive comments have you ever made about a product or company using social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter)?

I disliked a product or company generally
I complained about the quality of the product (e.g. poor quality, didn’t work, tasted bad)
    I complained about customer service
I complained about the ethics of the company
I complained about the advertising or marketing
    If other, please state
