Yep, I always use a piece of kitchen paper, it does help you to get a grip of the skin.Humans only use around forty percent of their brains capacity. Imagine what we could achieve if we used the other seventy percent!0

Leaving the skin on while it cooks keeps it moist, and if you roast a whole chicken it's very easy to separate it into 2 breasts and 2 legs, then you have the carcase (and the fiddly bits of flesh left on if you're squeamish) to boil up and make soup.0
