Site played up for first minute and had to log back in - otherwise was smooth process

that's the quickest I've ever done a next shop £169 + p+p and only about 3 things not available....

Just put a VIP order in and when I checked the email confirmation, all of the items had gone thru FULL price.
Never had this problem before.
Rang Customer Services who were very unhelpful. They wouldn't cancel the order nor would they amend to the sale prices.
I had to redo the order again and on the second time it all went thru sale price although by this time, some items were sold out.
Check your emails peeps!!

added all of mine and it showed full price....added again and it had the sale price but some had gone OOS within literally 30 seconds ...oh well got a few bits and bobs but mid season sales are never anything to get excited over. lets hope it all turns up now

Looking at the Mens stuff this isn't a sale it's a " Get rid of really terrible designs time" Bloody awfull stuff in there ;-) Apologies to anyone who bought/buys anything.


I should add WOMEN if you are in there looking to buy something for your man, do him a favour DON'T!

I've bought no menswear this time, only PJs for the kids, some bedding and curtains for my bedroom and a couple of tops. Not much really compared to last time. The thing I really wanted for myself (skinny jeans) won't be dispatched for 5 weeks by which time they won't fit as I'm buying things for my "intermediate I'm not finished my diet but nowt fits" stage.

I think this is so unfair! I have a 10pm time slot and everything I want is gone, therefore there is no reason for me to use the time slot, however according to the above I may not get a VIP slot in the future because of this??! totally unfair. Am I meant to order something "just because"?!!
