just been in and found that they have 4 mains 2 sides mix and match on indian and chinese chilled ready meals. i just got some got a tenner off but it eends tonight. dont know if its at every sainsburys but it is on at mine in leeds

Have to agree, not exactly a grabbit , perhaps we need a food only forum ?? although there is a website for supermarket comparison that will tell you where any product is cheapest and for your area.

Hi not a grab it just a word of caution with your till reciept at Sainsburys. Please feel free to remove and post where it is more suitable?
I checked my till reciept after spending £97 and found SA had scanned one item x2. I was charged an extra £1.99. I know it's not much but I like many others on here are watching the pennies. I took bill back the next day. Customer service lady explained that the tills are senstive and if SA lingers too long over the scanner you may be charged twice!!
She refunded my money but not my confidence saying it won't happen again! True because I'll watch as it goes through from now on!

Double scans are rare & if it does happen it's usually voided off straight away by the SA.

Have to disagree, thanks op. always look out for your posts like these esp the morrison's ones. Thanks for taking time out to do this. I for one like to shop around for good deals and go between Mr T, Asda, Morrisons and sainsbury's each week as im lucky to have them all very near.

This is the 3rd time it's happened to me in 2 months. Previous 2 times I could not be bothered going back, time&petrol etc. But 3rd time decided not funny anymore and defeats object of trying to save.

I was simply saying to check till reciepts as clearly it is not a rare occassion and all adds to Sainsburys profits

How many other people have not gone back?
