Bought in debts .. how much do they pay ??

Just a quickie..

I've got a couple of outstanding debts that have been sold on a couple of times, just got a letter through from one of them offering " a substantial discount" on the amount.. The question is, so that i can negotiate from a position of strength, what is the likely percentage they paid for it ??

Cheers

Could be anything from 6p in the £ to 30p in the £.
If its been sold on more than once then you could guess it might be at the lower end of that. So you could certainly start negotiations pretty low.

You know to get any offer in writing to say its F&F before you actually pay anything?
