Anyone else got a DMP with them? :mad: we pay online every month and today they've hounded us with calls asking where our payment was. We paid it on 7th march and they claim we haven't.
Anyone else experienced this? I've emailed them a copy of our transaction online and a screen shot. I've also asked them if they want to refund the £60 i've already paid I will happily phone them and pay over the phone.
They asked to see a bank statement with our reference on it, but they don't put it on the payment so how can i???
