According to the latest savings booklet (21/3/11 to 10/4/11) it has them at £10.78

    It says £4.30 OFF

    £13.29 - £4.30 = £8.99 ex vat (10.78 inc vat)

I have the booklet showing £10.78 inc VAT, wonder whether the OP had to do something to get them for £17.39 for 80 rolls? Did that include VAT?

Was in Costco about an hour ago.

Price for 40 Quilted Velvet as I posted last night as per booklet > £13.29 - £4.30 = £8.99 ex vat (10.78 inc vat)

Went to CS to ask if there was any special offer regards buying 2 packs.

    CS said NO! :(

They checked and double-checked the computer for alternate product codes ....

... even checked the prices in all the other Costcos - NOPE

All £10.78 - no further discount on multiples :(:(

What exactly does your receipt say for these ?

Based on my receipt for another purchase I made today it should be something like .... (if you bought 2)

    QUILTED VELVET
    0051392 ........ 2 x ....... 13.29 .......... 26.58 2

    and then further down

    ****STORE COUPON
    QUILTED VELVET
    0117042 ........ 2 x ........ 4.30 ........... 8.60-2

All the figures here are the ex-vat ones - the "2" on the end of each line indicates it a + VAT item.

Then at the bottom you have ...
the first of the totals is ex-vat for everything
then two for each of the vat rates
    0 .. 0.00%
    2 . 20.00%

    Is yours product/item code 0051392 ?
What is the price alongside ?
And is yours the Store Coupon code 0117042 ? Worth £4.30 ?

Any other "special" discount code shown ?

If I can go back "armed" with EXTRA info ........ :) I'd really like to get 80 for £17.39

It's actually the Cushelle ones, it wasn't very clear on the price ticket at MK today, it's not a big voucher stuck on or anything just in normal type on the ticket. I actually think the kirkland own brand work out better anyway as they have far far more sheets per roll?

Thanks for this, just finished a call to CS at the Derby store.

CUSHELLE - none in Derby - not currently a stocked item (discontinued/unavailable or some such term)

Asked about MK - she checked the Milton Keynes store details and found it - apparently over 300 "units" in stock

BUT, according to this SA .....

Buying 40 of these IS NOT AN OPTION - the ONLY deal is to buy them in an 80 PACK

AND the 17.39 price IS PLUS VAT . which makes them £20.87 :(

    26p per roll
