I always have problems with Debenhams website. The pages take ages to load and if I buy something It takes you back to the first page in the list. It's very frustrating. Does anyone have the same problems with this site?

Its not happened to me? I know what you mean... it doesn't remember where you were if you put something in the basket so you have to set the filters again. I find it frustrating too!0

Yes, it's very annoying. And sometimes it lets you filter sizes, sometimes it doesn't ... haven't worked that one out yet.
It's usually painfully slow for me also.0 -

I can't say I've noticed any problems. However if I am ever looking through a very large section with hundreds of items, I usually right click and 'open in new tab' for any items I'm interested in.
I'll scroll down the main list, do this a few times. Then check the individual tabs to see if I like the items. If I do, add to basket and close the tab down.
Then flick back to my original listings tab and carry on. I much prefer this manner of shopping on most websites, and also far less likely to lose your place.0 -
I always have the same problem when I use IE8 but it's Ok when I use Safari (on the same computer). Now I just open Safari if I visit the Debenhams site as I am too un-techie to find out what is causing the problem..0
