Hello
I have a Brand New Boxed Motorola Slvr L7 Mobile Phone that I want to sell. I'm getting a bit stuck as I thought it was going to be easy but as of a week ago there were none on ebay to compare with (now there are plenty), so I decided to put it on Amazon and in my local newspaper. I have been inundated with emails regarding the Amazon entry all from people asking me to send to Namibia and all these other countries. I have spoken to Amazon and know they are all fraudulent. I can't believe people do this, I have two children and would feel positively sick if I felt I had ripped off a young family but obviously these people have no conscience. Sorry to voice off!
Anyway I wondered if anyone could recomend another way to sell it.

There was info a few months ago about online companys that buy mobile's for cash. Send you packaging etc... reasonable prices on newish phones.. a search will assist you.Ta0

To be honest - I don't think that company would give you a good price! Why not try ebay - just limit to who you'll sell to...set a good reserve or a instant buy it now0

You should persevere with Amazon - just list it for UK only and you should be OK. If you want a quick sale you will have to undercut the lowest price - and pay the fees & postage (and insurance).0

Do not offer a BIN on a phone on ebay, it is too tempting for thr 419scammers. Use a straight auction, set your seller preferences to specifically exclude overseas bidders, and also consider setting your preferences to reject bids from people with no credit card registered and less than 5 feedback.
However, these phones are not worth huge amounts as you can see from the completed listings, unfortunately they are discounted in several high street stores and people may realise that.

Thanks to all who replied. I think I will try Ebay. I'm not too fussy about what I get for it really as anything I get will be a bonus as we wont be using it anyway.
