keeping getting a bill that i do not owe
A finance company made a propsal to give credit.
i cancelled the proposal well within the time stated and using the correct forms supplied by said company and also received acknowledgement of receipt in the said time to cancel.
we paid the car insurance that this propsal was meant for in full as the terms stated if we decided not to have the finance.
but now they keep sending a bill for £122.
the insurance company has confirmed it recevied no money from the finance company.
we have written twice stating this but still we keep getting bills!
what to do next?

You should send them any details you have of the cancelation form together with another letter and state that they are to remove this amount with immediate effect from there data base, state that if they coninue to send out letters then you shall seek legal action against them.0
