CCJ Satisfactiory Certificate

Hi.
I have a CCJ on my name for being a guarantor for a friend. I was sent to the court (without my knowledge [moved property]) and the CCJ was for unpaid rent. The rent was paid latter, and when asked the estate agency to send me any papers, they show the rent being paid in full, but is a outstanding fee for county fees, bailiffs etc.
Do I still get a satisfactory certificate from the court??
Thanks in advance

If the entire amount claimed on the CCJ has not been paid then you won't get a certificate to show it has been settled.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
