I to have receive a letter firstly of Lowell and then within four days one from Red word for word as stated above, I sent the template letter but have'nt received a reply as of yet giving them 28 days that was 14 days ago.
the main reason I sent the letter is i think it as been seven or eight years ago but have lost track and cant find the original statements but know for a fact I havent wrote ,spoke or paid anything reguarding the debt for as I said seven or eight years, so must be statute barred,I would hope that they would produce the copy document so I can prove it''as long as it is atrue copy...ps one mistake I think I may have made is I signed the letter ! what if they lift and paste my signature onto a false doc's ? one can only wait and see.
