CCA should be the last of the three letters that's been suggested in this thread thus far.
I'd go 'Prove It' letter first.
Depending on what you get, if you get anything, SB letter.
If they send something that has a record of payment(s) under six years old, ask them to provide absolute proof that these payments were made.
Whichever letter you send, do NOT put a signature on it (or on any correspondence to these companies, for that matter), and send recorded delivery at the least.
