The MSE House Price Absurdity Index rose sharply this morning. New heights of ridiculousness were reached following the latest postings from Hamish & Sibley. There was a further widening of the gap between reality and their opinions and this trend is expected to continue indefinitely.Underlying denial remained strong and is expected to reach fever pitch by the summer. Inane thread creation reached new transaction levels this morning and is attributed to seasonal "clutching at straws".

2003 was the date of site set up but the clever predictions were probably well before. After studying news articles online and researching statistics for months on end,
I agree about some of the riff-raff on there, I wonder where they are/have moving/moved to 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. This is the HPC proxy site where we get told what's happening on there.Graham_Devon wrote: »This isn't HPC.
It's so convenient - we don't have to visit the site ourselves, or even give a crap.0

But I think we now have most of their members now (from both sides).'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is.
