We ordered the Townsend girls bike for our 7-year old a week ago Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Overall it is a lovely bike, but when putting it together, make sure the brakes on the handlebars are facing outwards, in front of the handlebars, instead of downwards, underneath the handlebars. They require a bit of large hand grip and my daughter can just do it with the brakes in front of the handlebars, which is the way they should be...they come in the box attached to the frame but under the handlebars. Also, the front wheel has a very slight wobble to it if you spin it in the air...but it shouldn't slow the bike down too much!!!! It is a great colour and a more vibrant fuschia pink colour than in the picture.
