Oh my god, I can't believe that! I would be SO angry at him! It's not like it's they can fix that either, at the end of the day they may have compensation but the video of the day won't magically reappear. What annoyed me the most was the fact that he even tried to make excuses for himself! They didn't expect "an awful lot for their money", unless videoing them when signing the register is too much to ask for?! What a horrible, disgusting man.
