DMP with Lloyds

I have been doing my own DMP for 2 years one of my creditors is Lloyds TSB overdraft , i have a standing order which i set up myself to pay TSB everymonth and have done so for the last 2 years no problems . Two months ago i got a letter from them they wanted me to increase what i was paying to them , i phoned them straightaway and explained that i coundnt increase , they didnt put any pressure on me just said thats ok carry on paying what i have to them and my debt would be passed on , so i have . I havent had any further letters from Lloyds for 2 months but today my standing order to them has gone out as usual its for £15, then underneath they have credited it back to my account , im just wondering Why ??
Do you think its been passed to someone else thats why Lloyds have given back this months money ?? I dont really want to phone them but i can see them now saying i have missed a payment

It sounds like they may have sold the debt on and so the credit may be automatic as their internal computer probably shows there is no longer a debt.
You could either wait a couple of weeks to see if you hear from a DCA who has bought the debt, or could ring lloyds to confirm its been sold on and ask who to.
If they try to say you have missed a payment you have proof on your bank statement that the payment was made but returned.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
