Terms & Conditions - UK Coffee Week Competition

PRIZE: 10 winners will receive a year’s worth of M&S Caf! coffee vouchers

1. The competition is only open to persons who:
a. Are UK residents and aged 16 or over
b. Supply full name and valid email address for notification purposes

2. Each prize consists of 365 hot drink vouchers (to the value of £2.60 each). Vouchers will be sent to the winner on a quarterly basis. Voucher terms and conditions apply. No cash alternative prize or prize substitution will be allowed in lieu of the prize

3. The entry must be FULLY completed. Partial response survey will be disqualified for the prize draw

4. The Competition is not open to employees or staff of Allegra Strategies Ltd, the Allegra Foundation Limited or Marks & Spencer plc, as well as their families or partners

5. One (1) entry per person is permitted, and any duplication / repeated entries will be invalid. Different e-mail addresses used by the same person, or any form of multiple voting is not allowed

6. Winning entries will be selected at random from those submitted who have completed the entry form by midnight on 3 April 2011. The draw for the winners will take place on 4 April 2011

7. Winners will be notified by email to the contact details they supplied with their entry. If they do not claim their prize within one month of notification, they forfeit their prize

8. All entrants must accept these rules. In the event of any dispute about the rules, the dispute will be passed to the Managing Director of the Allegra Foundation, and his decision will be final

9. UK Coffee Week and The Allegra Foundation respect your privacy. We comply with the Data Protection Act with respect to all information gathered in the delivery of this competition. Your information will not be passed on to any third parties
