Just had an e-mail from The Body Shop with some lovely gift collections for £20 each, half of the normal price for the contents.
I have ordered the Vitamin E set and used a discount code to get another 25% off so I've got £37 worth of goodies for £15 and free delivery.

I am trying to place an order using the 25% off code, it says code accepted but it's not showing the discount at checkout. I am also using my loyalty card for the first time. Does anyone know if the loyalty discount knocks out this or all other promotions? Thanks

I'm having a problem with the loyalty card too, the 25% off is showing before I sign in but then it disappears and I only get 10% off. Anyonw knoq how to take the discount card off?

Looks like we are stuck with it, probably easier to open another account. Shame we can't have both.

Your LYB number will over ride the discount code. Sign in then go to edit my profile...delete the card number and save. Then sign out and close page. Re do your order and put in your 25% discount code and everything should be ok.
