For a start...Hi I have just joined and no doubt you have heard it all before.
Any way Hi all.
I am having trouble with a certain store card company.
I suppose I should say that I have been to the CAB and arrangments with other companies I owe are being really good.
But this perticulair Scottish company are be real ba*****d.
I agreed to pay them £5 a month after offering them £1 as advised by CAB.
I have paid every month, never missed.
Then I get a letter saying that £22-50 is being added to my account for an over site on my behalf, and missing a payment.
I phoned and the assistant, agreed with me that the payment had been recieved on time and the right amout. I asked that the £22-50 to be removed, he said it couldnt be removed.
The next month I get a letter saying that seeing I ignored the last letter another £22-50 was being added.
I have informed the CAB, but awaiting them to get back to me.
Please has anyone any advice
I pay what is agreed and then they take it all back.
I am never going to pay it off.
Thanks
