I tried entering the code DECAL in the coupon box but i get a message saying "Oops—there's invalid or missing info."

Not sure what i am doing wrong as i thought the offer was on till the end of Nov but the offer that is showing on their site now is for photo books half price and i have just spent all last night uploading photos etc.

Have emailed so i hope they can sort it out..or anybody have any ideas ?? If not i will have to look around and find somewhere else that has a offer on calendars.

I've also tried entering the codes and got the same response as financial_filly anybody out there shed some light on it, I've tried entering DECAL and also HALFCAL which is mentioned on another thread both with no luck

Hi Saintman, It worked for me on the second attempt for some strange reason, Failed totally on the first. It is DECAL, have another try, its such a good offer. Heres a copy of my order........

I have just used it- had problems at first as had registered with Snapfish and not Truprint and it kept referring me through to Snapfish where the code wouldn't work- using Truprint and another login (starting from scratch) the code worked- thanks!!

I would think twice about using Truprint - have no customer service so if you need to complain you have no chance. You will get a 'we read and respond to every email' quickly, but that will be it. I have tried emailing 3 times with no response as yet. YMMV

Don't bother is my advice.

I ordered one and it arrived dmaaged in post - it took me 3 emails and over a week to even get a reply. i had requested a refund as the calendar was also printed on very flimsy card - I said I would return the item.

Instead they shipped a new one out - which I am still yet to receive - they have made me wait 14 days before I could say it was officially lost in the post and then again would not reply to any emails.

Finally got a response emailing in the wrong part of site and begging them to reply. Now they say they are going to put a new order in...grr - it has been over a mth already and I am still not in reciept of the gift I need for xmas
