Trying to find best deal to pay off Mortgage in 5-7 years

My current mortgage is approx £32k - in 3 parts.

The last 2 parts are fixed repayments untill 2010 then standard rates after

The first section is approx £17500 - has no early repayment charges attached and has approx 16 years to run, its a repayment mortgage at 5.39% variable

My aim is to clear this first section within 5 years - 7 at the very most.

I've had a brief look at mortgage deals and have seen some at around 2% for 2 years then a higher rate around 6-7% thereafter.

What i really need is one with little or no added fees - any suggestions???
and one that allows me to make some overpayments in the first 2 years if possible.

any help much appreciated
