this doesnt come with software so you will need that as extra
its no good by itself

ive got one from here and its nice kit added a few software mods on for postcodes adn speed camera poi and works a treat
infact i would be lost without it - literally

Also whilst a good price, Expansys had the exact same kit on a today only special a few weeks ago for £175, so I suspect there is room for the price to fall a bit.

Worth noting that Aldi, Lidl et al regularly appear to offer Sat Nav bundles based on near identical hardware with SD card and navigation software for around £250. So unless you need it urgently it might be worth waiting for one of these to appear again.
