BT 12 months Line Rental

paid mums phone bill on my bank card,saw line rental was only 10 pound a month if paid up front, so paid 12 months line rental has well, 2days later cancelled but will not pay back the money for the 12 months line rental, is there anything i can do to get it back it was 120 pounds

Probably better asked in the phones section.

My gut would say that once you have paid via a method that you are stuck with that method for that period. However, the phone section will have people that know.
