They are softening and not far off binning - they are no longer good enough to eat raw so what to do with them.
I have celery, cucumber, lettuce and spring onions.
Any ideas?

Celery and spring onions can be cooked with almost anything if you're making a soup, casserole or stew-type dish. I'd reluctantly bin the lettuce and cucumber if they're past it.0

lettuce and cucumber soups are meant to be nice, but I can't eat either so haven't experienced it.

If you have tomatoes and olive oil, gazpacho would be a good option.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

lettuce is good cooked lightly, with spring onions and peas...no water added, perhaps a little glug of white wine and a knob of butter. I've used most lettuces for this

If you have tomatoes bake them to sweeten and intensify then skin, chop, season and have over pasta or freeze to add to currys or pasta sauces.Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. Apart from make salad, obviously.
I've been ill recently, and due to it starting at a really awkward time and after my order deadline I was unable to cancel my Abel and Cole salad box. But I've really not felt like eating and haven't taken my salad to work.
I currently have lots of lettuce, a cucumber, and a few tomatoes I don't know what to do with. And celery, but I hate celery anyway.
I did have red pepper, potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes but I experimented with roasting those last night and it was delicious.
I also love sweetcorn so ordered 2 corn on the cob but am unsure how to cook those.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Boil the corn in a big saucepan of water ( no salt as that makes it tough) and serve with lots of butter and pepper - Yummy
