Mrstine thank you, I do appreciate a SOA will help a lot but they haven't given me one as yet, they are finding it very hard to face up to this and are panicing a bit I think.
I understand their outgoings are over £400 pcm more than their incomings. I know they spend £1200 on debt repayments and £950 on a mortgage but will encourage them to do a SOA sooner rather than later.0
