Debt Managment Companies

Hi there
I have recently become a single parent and am unemployed. I have debt of around £5000. The creditors are constantly ringing me and sending me letters about repayments. I have told them my situation and they are not open to any reasoning. I need to go with a debt management company who can take all my debt and put them together so i only make one payment a month. Does anyone know of a company that has a good reputation for this? I need the company to contact my creditors on my behalf and speak to them about repayments.
Please help me.

You can of course do it yourself but using one of the organisations in Tixy's link will hopefully mean that you do not get as hassled as it sounds like you currently are. You've already discovered that it is difficult to get sense out of most creditors.0
