Loans and store cards

When I was younger (approx 5 years ago) I signed up with a loan company called citi financial. I got charged approx 48 % apr, as well as insurance for £100 and got charged late fees which were extortionate. I'm a liable to claim back these charges as I feel I have been forcely misrepresented. I was young and naive and feel that I have been targeted.

    48%................... Bloody hell...

I think the refunded fees issue relate to bank charges so if you signed on the dotted line for a loan you agreed to the terms. You could only argue your point if you maybe were mentally impaired?????

Cant think you will get anything back, atleast you learned a lesson from it.

I doubt you'd be able to get your 40% apr or your insurance money back unless you can prove that you were misold.

Ref the late fees, what were they? If they were hefty penalty fees charged for late payments then absolutely try and claim them back. How much are you talking here?
