I wanna: free databases and spreadsheets practice exercises / tests

I thought about adding this to the 'online courses' thread, but it's not really a course I'm after.. If this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it - I don't want to cause any agitation. Right, here goes:

Does anyone know of any free online resources for practising administration skills eg. databases, spreadsheets, word-processing? I don't necessarily mean sites that will (only) teach you these skills...I mean sites that have exercises or tests - the sort of things you might get in an interview situation. Failing that, anyone know of any good books for this?
