we have 3 stores near me
daft thing is i went in to the other two and they have the same stuff but not marked down
in one they had stuff on the sale rail marked down and then the same clothes on another rail NOT marked down, this really annoys me with tesco it happens all the time, when i queried it i was told there was nothing they could do as the peson responsible for clothing had gone home (this was at 5.10pm!!!!) i even had the same dress i had bought for £2 with the receipt from the first tesco to prove the reduced price i had paid (i wanted the other one but was on for £8) was told nothing they could do

I do not often look at clothing (waiting for Car boots to start;)) but happened to wander down that end of the store today.
By pure chance I noticed some items with yellow reduced stickers ( the ones they use of the sell-by-date reductions).
Not everything has these stickers on.
Most sales items have only 50% off, but these with yellow price stickers were 15p and 50p. If I have time I will look in tomorrow to see if they put these reduced stickers on other sale items
  • I purchased 10 pairs of shoes yesterday from the Broughton Store (near Chester). All of them weremarked down from £20 to £2 and £15 to £1!!

Also purchased some clothes reduced by 75%.
