The housing market is in a rut

Feb lending is still low.

Banks don't want to lend, or are very restrictive.

People don't have the appetite for taking on large scale debts - perhaps borrowing is too expensive?;)

CML don't expect much to change over the course of the year. They also don't anticipate Osborne giving them any positive news in the budget.

The plot thickens...
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

    This is what people tend not to understand.

    The fact that something has existed does not mean that it will continue to exist in that form.

    Also people need to learn that they have no rights to someone else advancing them money. Ie they have no rights over future or previous labour as that comes from an different individual.

    Believing in rights to borrowing money, means you by definition are allowing forced labour. The issue is who is going to take yours.
