Chocolate Moulds

Hello all, I've come across a question on another forum and wonder if you could help.
Bought A HUGE box of chocolate moulds in a charity shop last week. Never used them before & no instructions in
Does anybody know how to clean them please? Also, if they have to be oiled before pouring the chocolate into them? If so, is there a special oil that won't make the choc oily on the outsides? Are they non stick as standard?
Most of the moulds are on a plastic sheet but others are on what looks like a metal tray - anything special to do with these?
I presume I pour a thin layer of choc into the moulds to coat the outside of the shape, leave it to set, then put in filling & then cover with another layer of choc to seal them?
Just thought it would be nice if my homemade choccies looked a bit less homemade

There is an instruction leaflet (PDF Doc) online which also contains instructions for chocolate moulds and choccy lollipops and will answer your questions.
Don't be put off by the fact it begins with instructions for a chocolate fountain, just persevere and keep reading
