I have the opportunity to purchase two years of nat ins at £626.60 per year, (making my total upto 28 years) I am sixty and get my pension in November this year
the form states that the price is altered every April has any one got a crystal ball!! to say whether it will go up or down

Don't need a crystal ball, just Google. It will go up to £12.60 per week from £12.05 now. http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/nic.htm0
