financial debt helpline

Has anyone heard of this company.

They have contacted my mum and taken all of her details.

I have done a Google search and came up with nothing.

Who ever it is I hope she hasn't given them her bank/card details. If she has then something needs to be done quick.

If she gave them her card details, call the bank immediately, cancel the card and get a new one issued. They will not be able to take fromt he new card.

Call them, and ask for whoever she dealt with, get an email address and write to them cancelling any arrangement she has with them. But cancel the card first - they will probably have already taken an 'administration fee' by now.

    Good luck
