Ally wrote:My order never arrived between 6-8pm as booked. Called customer services twice after not hearing from the store, the C.S.A then said he would refund the delivery charge of £3.99. My order eventually arrived at 10:15pm:eek: too late to call C.S again as they shut at 10pm.
Anyway, just called them again as Delivery Note stated that £30.99 was the total charge:mad: Was informed by very nice C.S.A that that was incorrect. I have been charged £20.99 to my card and a refund of £3.99 as also been action. £17 (if my math is correct!:o ) for 6 tins:T
Off to see if it is showing on my bank statement now! Will report back!
Edit: Yep! Was indeed charged £20.99Should get my refund next week! That's £2.84 per tin!!!
Thanks again to OP :T0 -
I had the same issue but when I read the bottom of the delivery note it states that any discounts are not included on the note and to check 'My Orders' on the website for the amount debited. Discount code definitely comes off!
