Spending money on credit card and getting a mortgages

Can what you spend on your credit card effect ur chances of getting a mortgage ie what u actually spend the money on. Ive always paid the card on time every month. When they look at your credit history do they actually look at what you've spent the money on your credit card! ive checked my credit rating and it very high. Can anyone help?

What have you been spending on which may concern a lender?

Can't see how that would bother them. They could hardly turn down your mortgage application on moral grounds!

They would be more concerned with bank statements than credit card ones. Bank statements will show the credit card being paid I presume?

Make sure the correct info is disclosed on the application regarding any amounts owed on the cards.
