Epson C46 Printer

I have seen some good reviews on the Epson C46 printer. The price appears to be cheap and so are the carts. Can anyone who's got this particular model tell me if it is a good buy especially as I am not a frequent user?

Hi urban_fox my better half and my son both have these printers (free? with their laptops) and I have been very impressed with the quality printed out (I use a Canon Pixma 5000).Replacement ink carts very cheap here =
