hi there
just looking for some advice really

i got a letter from robinson way yesterday saying i owed them £151 for a charge back via ebay/paypal, now i am disputing this with paypal,

if this case goes against me can these people take me to court/get me a ccj
or indeed anyway harm my credit file...

p.s. the person i sold item to has done cc chargeback and wont respond to my e-mails to get item back

any advice is welcome

Paypal Will Take You To Court Possibly, And If They WON You Woud Get Cj But If Paid In The Month It Is Removed, Robinson Way Are Collectors Employed By Paypal ,
Paypal Took Me To Court For A £1,550 Refund For An Unhappy Customer Although The Person Refused To Return The Item I Letthem Take Me To Court The Buyer Was Told To Return Item At His Expense On Reciept I Agreed To Refund , My Argument With Paypal Was In Selling Conditions Item Had To Be Returned At Buyers Expense Paypal Chose To Ignore This And Sided With The Buyer Had To Go To Court To Win And It Was Easy To Do So . You Have To Do What You Think Is Right Even If It Is A Risk .tell The Dca You Are Not Going To Pay As You Dispute The Request And Will Deal With It Through The Courts
