I downloaded the voucher and took my son to a partisipating one on Monday only to find that they were not starting until next Monday,so they are going to send me a free voucher for 2 people for the carvery for my trouble..n.b I just downloaded free ice cream voucher by completing their pudding quiz valid til 23rd april

Is the Crown Carvery breakfast any good? It's nice and cheap!

The only supposed difference between the daytime carveries is that Toby uses frest vegetables and Crown uses frozen. Otherwise everything else the same.

So, applying that theory, the tomatoes might be fresher at Toby, but unless they're killing pigs in the morning same day, Crown seems to top it when it comes to brekkie!

is this like the carvery deal where you can go back for more?....I know you probably cant get more sausage/bacon but what about beans/toms/mushroom/eggs/hashbrowns etc or is it a one trip up only deal?

Is the toby breakfast any good?I love their roasts so just wondering if the breakfasts are as good.

Had breakfast at a Toby in M.K. a few days ago. Doesn't include drinks and it's a once only trip to the buffet table. Not everything was available (no potato/onion hash or gammon as stated). We were quite late going and at a guess everything had been out since 7am (it wasn't at all busy so guess no turnover of food), the food was verging on inedible. Bill for four of us came to just under £15. TBH I find Tesco Cafe breakfasts nicer Although would say it would probably be better much earlier in the morning.

We tried it soon after it started, not impressed either. Not as good as a little chef by a long way.

Our Tobys is really good it let's you helps yourself to everything so lots of bacon & sausages no limits! They are really good at keeping everything topped up too.
