Confused about creditors & CCCS!

Hi there,
Dont know if anyone else has experienced this but my DMP has been running with CCCS for over two years - in this time Ive had letters from creditors when the debts have been sold on and I had a good search through my records over the weekend as there seem to be a lot of creditors on my latest statement - I discovered that Royal Bank of Scotland are receiving payments and Buchanan Clark & Wells are receiving payments, supposedly for the same debt!! The total is about right on each so its obviously not the fact that the debt has been split up and sold on to other creditors. I also then found out that the Co-operative bank have got three creditors representing the debt and all receiving payments!
How can this happen without the CCCS stopping a payment to one creditor when I tell them a debt has been sold on and send them the documents to prove this?!
Can anyone offer similar experiences or help please?!? I am so confused!
Thank you!

I'd give CCCS a call and see what's going on.
When you say they are paying the correct amount to each creditor (say RBoS and BC&W) does that mean (for example) if your repayment to them is £20 a month, they are both getting £20 a month?
Your payments to CCCS haven't gone up have they so how could this be?Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Yes they are both receiving payments! When other creditors have been added to my DMP the payments have been amended to the others! Its very confusing.
I am going to call them later on today I just wondered if anyone else had the same experience...
