I paid for a 3 bed caravan in haven

details arrived, only 2 bedrooms, i phoned haven who said " nothing we can do, breakfree have been overselling units they do not have "

so i leave it, i e.mail breakfree, as at the time the site had no phone number, nothing

took it up with my credit card who said i had paid for a holiday and they provided me with that, so nothing they could do

8 months after we were due to go on holiday, i had by then given up on seeing my money again

the money was paid to my paypal account

i wouldnt trust them again

never done this one before. is it similar to the sun hols? i.e. do I need to collect tokens and send off or will the code words do?

You just need to register on their website and input the code words. You will then be able to view a list of dates from a drop down menu, and it will show you what holidays are available for the number of people you have selected.

You just then book online.

Can also get 4% cashback throgh Topcashback. Haven't checked Quidco or any of the others.

I booked a daily mail break earlier in the year for five people. My confirmation at the time of booking said caravan sleeps 8, but when I got my confirmation from Haven it was only a two bedroom unit, which would not sleep eight. This means one of us will now have to sleep in the lounge
