Entry into the competition is your acceptance of these terms.

3. There are 10 prizes to be won – each prize consists of an Amazon Kindle 3G, preloaded with Cathy Kelly’s backlist titles which are available in the Kindle format.
4. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 or over, except for employees of any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.
5. The competition closes Friday 15 April 2011 and the winner will be notified by Thursday 21 April 2011.
8. The winners will be selected at random from all entries received.
9. Responsibility will not be accepted for damaged, lost or delayed entries and the winning decision is final.
10. The prize is subject to availability, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-divisible and no cash alternatives will be offered.
11. Entries are limited to one per person and one per household.
12. No purchase is necessary.
13. Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
