Hsbc

hi
i went into HSBC on monday to try and get the PPI removed from my loan. i was told that the only way this was possible was to re-do the loan, which i agreed to, but was refussed even though the payments would be less each month. So the loveley young lady said she would phone them up on wednesday and se if she could get this overwritten.

had a phone call to go back in yesterday night which i did. ONLY to be told that the only way that they would give me a loan is to consoludate all my debts with HSBC( £3k CC, 1K OD, and 8K loan give or take). this does not help me in the short term as im tri ng to cut my out goings each month, which would stay the same if i went ahead with this loan.

iv never missed a payment on any CC or my loan, yet and having troublegetting credit since moving to a new house 8 months ago, But i think thats due tonot being on the electroal roll which im in the process of sorting.
